Once your financing is in order, we start house hunting. We will discuss your individual wants and needs which will help us select & find homes that fit your specific criteria. We link you with your own MLS portal which will automatically notify you when a home of your specific criteria hits the market. You will also be able to search properties on the active MLS which is constantly being updated. Searching on other real estate websites can become very upsetting as those websites do not update and buyers get their hopes up on homes that are not available, so we link you with the BEST! Once you notice or select a property you love, reach out to us immediately and we will set up a tour ASAP.

When we find the perfect home for you, we take care of all offer details, help you negotiate and get a contract with the seller. Once a contract agreement is signed, we move forward with closing the deal, which encompasses inspections, funding and so much more.
